watch the waves on the north shore

the north shore is world-famous for the “seven-mile miracle”, where seven miles of perfect waves live in the winter. if the waves are really good, there will be traffic to see it and difficult to park. but if you’re here, it’s something that is really unique and wonderful about o’ahu. if you’re here in the winter, you may even catch some surf competitions with world-class athletes competing!
