eat authentic ramen

something I love about hawai’i is how close we are to japan and japanese culture. I love Japan and have been many times over the years… there really is nothing like authentic Japanese food. even here in hawai’i, a lot of food is hard to truly replicate. one of those things is ramen! and while there are quite a few options to eat ramen across the mainland and the world… I think it really is one of those meals that you can only really get in Japan. but, we do try. and there are some delightful contenders. I’ll include in this list some less authentic but still delicious options :)
