stargaze from ka’ena point

stargazing in hawai’i is some of the best in the world. stargazing in honolulu on the other hand… pretty difficult. there is a lot of light pollution in the city. but if you go out to the boonies, you can still get amazing views of the milky way. it’s a pretty special experience to go out to ka’ena point (or another spot on the west or north side, where there is less light) to see the stars. you’re all alone… with just the dark and the stars above. and hopefully a friend. stay safe out there.
